Nova Electrical Supplies has the right to immediately cancel any customer’s login or account if Nova Electrical Supplies feels that customer is misusing the site in anyway.

Injury and Death

Many of the products sold by Nova Electrical Supplies must be installed by a qualified Electrician. Nova Electrical Supplies can not be held responsible for injuries or deaths incurred whilst installing any products purchased through Nova Electrical Supplies.

Pricing

Nova Electrical Supplies pricing is live and can increase or decrease at anytime. If a product is displayed at an abnormal price that is clearly regarded as a system error, Nova Electrical Supplies, reserves the right to not honour this price. Furthermore, if a supplier increases a product price and this is reflected in Nova Electrical Supplies new sell price, Nova Electrical Supplies reserves the right to not honour existing prices before the increase.

Dispatch & Freight Delays

Nova Electrical Supplies endeavours to dispatch and deliver orders placed by our customers within industry leading times. Nova Electrical Supplies however, reserves the right not to compensate a customer due to dispatch delays and/or delays resulting from our freight carrier partners.

Data Integrity

If product information, including but not limited to, names, specifications, attributes and images, are displayed incorrectly on the site, Nova Electrical Supplies will replace the product in question at no cost to the customer. However, Nova Electrical Supplies cannot be held liable for any damages caused to property or financial damages caused to a business resulting from that incorrect data. We ask our customers to still maintain a duty of care to ensure all products being installed are appropriate to the application.
